Petro Builders was privileged to work with Kelder Architects to renovate a challenging duplex high on Hamilton Hill. Petro Builders site manager Joel Taylor led the team to renovate this stunning home. The access and engineering challenges of this project were circumvented thanks to clever solutions provided by Nick, Joel and the team. Joel took care to ensure that neighbourhood inconvenience was minimised, as well as the impact of deliveries and disposals. This project exemplifies how Petro Builders is able to create beautiful homes using exceptional design and lateral thinking even on challenging sites.
